*Special Rules for the first 24 hours*
Corresponding with the charity event during the first 24 hours, here are the event-specific rules:

-Minimum entry fee of $5, but encouraged to donate extra if able (again, 100% to charity)
Please send entry fees via Paypal to prodigy@overt-it.com

-Players are encouraged to find "sponsors", friends & family who will pledge to donate $5 (or any amount) per game you play

-Players are encouraged to stream their games to YouTube

-Players earn 2 points per game won, and 1 point per loss

-Those who live stream at least one game will earn 1 point

-All games will be recorded as the official Abomination Series OCTGN league, on these boards

-You may play a single individual up to 2 times in total in this 24 hour period (ie: Swider may only play JoeJames twice, before he needs to find someone else to play)

-The player with the most points at 11:59pm UTC, Nov 3 (8pm EDT/5pm PDT) will get to name an official, future Doomtown Reloaded card

-All rules for the league exist for this 24 hour event as well (as this event is really just the start of the league, with a special extra set of rules and prizes for the first 24 hours).

While this event requires an entry fee, as soon as the 24 hour event is over players, who did not join the charity event, may join the league for free.

The rules:

1. You may play any faction for any game - you are not locked into a single faction as in some past leagues.  Play a different faction/deck every game, if you wish!  (Top 4 games will still be locked into one deck, however)

All official Doomtown: Reloaded sets up through Too Tough to Die are legal (see the link below for the current banned and errata list for tournaments)

2. Time limit is 55 minutes by default, unless both players explicitly agree otherwise before the game starts.  A 10 minute warning is required, and when time is called the game immediately moves to sundown (same as the current DtR floor rules).

3. Maximum 20% of games can be played against one player at trigger points which are: 10 games and then every 5 next games.  You can only play one person 2 times during your first 10 games, then once every 5 additional games.

Example:  I play Swider twice in a row, then cannot play him again until we both have 10 games under our belts.  At that point, we can play once more, and once we both have 15 games reported we can then play again.

4. Current DtR tournament rules apply to determine winner.  Of particular note is that we have a new rulebook and errata, and as always the league uses the latest tournament-official rules.

Rulebook:

Normal win condition rules apply up until the time limit is reached.  Then, if the time limit is reached and there is no clear winner, immediately go to sundown and each player adds up the total of their control + influence.  Highest total wins, and if that is also tied then the highest CP total wins.  See the official rules for further tie breakers after that.

5. Minimum of 5 total games is required to move onto the semi finals.

Top 4 players qualify to semi finals.

6.  Have fun and be respectful!  This league, while competitive, is just as much about community and the exciting continuation of the game we love!

Additional information

1. Please make screenshots at the end of the games - this helps in case there is a dispute and someone remembers wrong.

2. Make sure you explicitly state this is a league game in chat before the game starts.  Also some people use different nicknames on challengeboards and OCTGN - be sure you know what your opponents challengeboard username is.

3.  For discussion, arranging games, or announcing availability you can either post to the discordapp.com chat:  https://discord.gg/S6xFzS2
or post on this discussion area of challengeboard, or use this facebook group:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/725656174207374/
